Monthly 45-55km (30 - 40 miles) afternoon ride, with a tea stop, at a riding pace of ~18km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly. Might be a struggle for new riders in winter months.

Proposed route will be eastwards to Wallingford and back. Via Steventon, Drayton or Milton, Sutton Courtenay, Appleford, Long Wittenham, Little Wittenham, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, Wallingford, South Moreton, Aston Upthorpe, East Hagbourne, Coscote, Didcot, Harwell and the Hendreds. Probable tea-stop will be at Root 1 Garden Centre near Wallingford. A pretty flat 37miles.

A long (73km) but generally unhilly ride - will be run at a reasonable pace to cover the distance. Out via Hendreds, Sutton Courtenay, Wittenhams to Chilton garden centre for tea, returning via Steventon and Hanney. Not suitable for irregular riders.

71km, 400m of climbing... this ride goes out via the flatlands north of Didcot, to the Moretons, Cholsey and Wallingford to Streatley for the climb up Streatley Hill and back via the Ilsleys to Grove. The plan is to cycle from Reading to Hyde Park and back via Richmond Park and Hampton Court using as much as Sustrans Route 4 as I can get in.
